Top Tier Interiors LLC has over 30 years of combined construction & design experience to ensure our teams are successfully led to produce the product you've been dreaming of!
Josh is our Director of Field Operations and Co-Founder, who is a highly skilled professional that began his life in construction erecting cellular towers in 2005 as he exited the U.S. Marine Corps. With extensive experience creating, customizing, & installing anything from the foundation pier to the top of a 500+' structure, he also boasts a solid background in interior remodeling and major structural modifications. You can count on him to lead our teams successfully on any project, big or small. His ferocity & devotion to his chosen career is second to none, and in a fitting manner, will not stop until perfection has been achieved.. failure is not in his vocabulary.
Lee is our in house Interior Designer & Co-founder, who brings a Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design to the table, has a rock-solid background in the construction industry, and is more than capable of finding what her customers need, and want. From flooring to paint swatches, Lee coalesces your dreams into reality through life like 3D renderings providing a visual format that you can see in real time prior to the job beginning.

We provide you a professional analysis of the color swatches; building material types, quality, & longevity for all materials we will use to bring your dream to life; their sources; and sustainability.
We believe that using materials of the highest quality is essential to achieving a beautiful and long-lasting fit and finish to your space, while giving you the most enjoyable use of it as long as you own your home. However, from time-to-time certain materials become more difficult to obtain than others, and if this issue arises, we will ensure every procurement avenue is attempted before we suggest other options that fall within the criteria you desire,
